Hi Mike

I am a little confused by your question about snaps? I think what you are refering to are known in the UK as poppers. As far as I know the Crop A diles are NOT designed for those. It will punch holes, through leather, single thickness denim as well as card and paper stocks and it sets eyelets, (I think UK/USA are calling those by the same names). But if I understand your question correctly, then the answer would be no.

Sorry for sounding confused, its a bit of an issue that things are refered to by different names by different countries. My best advice for you would be to contact We R Memory Keepers, directly. They are the makers of the tool and based in the States. They will be able to confirm what their tools are capable of doing. New products are launched in the USA before they come to the UK so perhaps they have another tool that will work for you.

Hope that helps

Billie :)

Hi Billie,

The tool looks great for reasons mentioned. I was hoping you
would mention its usage with snaps. Does it do heavy duty snaps, say for suitcases, jean jackets or just light weight craft snaps ??

Please let me know if you can, thanks Billie,

I'm happy to see there's a new tool that allows you to punch holes further into your material. I love the original Crop o Dile but was disappointed I could only make holes 1" into the material.
Thanks for the great review.
