I wondered if it was something like that. I used to do the same thing ;) If you look up time zone differences between your country and the one you are buying from, if you need to ask a question while they are likely to have someone around, you can stay up late etc or just time your email. If I email someone in San Diago from here in the UK for example, if I mail them about 4 pm it is morning for them.

Its a great set of fonts though, really fun and sooo much easier than trying to draw your own by hand.

When we ordered from the company we found them excellent.

One thing to consider is the different time zones around the world ;) When I first started ordering online I got twitchy that things took a while to process. If you are ordering things from the other side of the world the time zones can really affect the delivery times. It may be daytime for you, when you order but it may well be the middle of the night in the country you are ordering from.

It’s really only the BIG companies that have automated systems that process orders 24/7. Smaller companies are more likely to be on limited staff and work office hours ;) 9-5 Monday to Friday.

I have to admit my lack of patience and perfectionist nature are at odds with trying to draw knotwork on paper. I have used the designs for Pyrography, so need to alter the size of the finished knot, according to the size of wood I am burning the design into. It is much more fun to create knots using this software as you just open a word document and type letters in to form the twists and turns of the knot, if you don’t like it you can delete a step. It is soo easy to change the size, all you do is select the knot and then alter the font size as you would if it was a written document.

My next challenge is to import the knots into Photoshop as you can get some really amazing effects in there.
