The inner folder of the ATC holder was folded from an A4 size sheet of paper, if you are outside Europe you can also use an 8.5 x 11″ sheet.
The cardstock for the outer cover takes its measurements from the folded inner pages. Lay your folded ATC folder flat and measure it, add about 1cm to the width of the inner folder for the cover. The cover is the same height as your pages.

I thought the sound on this one was terrible :( the film picked up TV noise and I didn’t speak loudly enough :( Relieved to hear that you could hear me ok in the end then :)
