I took it with a little Ixus camera DH bought me for Christmas, it takes great pictures. I use Photoshop Elements and it was a very steep learning curve but once you get the hang of it you use it for all kinds of things. 

Those free tutorials on www.hp.com really are fantastic, they get you started and a long way in, if you want to do digital scrapbooking there is a specific class that comes up from time to time.
