It has taken me a long time to start an actual art journal. I have been playing with colour forever and have had a ‘traditional’ sketch book for years. This art journaling is so much fun though. A place to try out new ideas, not always sucessful, not always a finished page but so much fun experimenting.

DO check out Julie’s website she is doing an online class in September on Art Journaling, and if the Layer Love class is anything to go by this will be a MUST have class.

I am enjoying the last few weeks of summer at home before all is back to normal. Thanks for the list of suggestions. I really need to invest in some brushes for detailing.
