Thanks :) that snow has since melted…just before Christmas and we had a pile more last Tuesday, its been raining hard today and its starting to thaw. Have had lots of rest and back is improving, slowly as long as I don’t move much.

I made this before Christmas, probably what caused the latest flair up of my back. Have been moving very carefully since. Have a cushie and a pillow at my back when I sit down now. A cushie is a sausage shaped bean bag which is keeping me nice and warm. Thankfully its improving a little now. Waiting for the snow to clear to try and get some help for it.
