Hi Billie -
I just finished watching the Baubles video. Great tutorial! I’ll have to make a stop at the local craft store and see if they have any ornaments. Sometimes they have clear ones. Thanks for your hard work on this.
Elaine
Hi Elaine
Glad you liked it. You can use coloured baubles as well, I used gold and silver. Some were gloss some pearl.
Have fun
Billie
Thanks for the great tutorial Billie. I’ve always wanted to alcohol ink some baubles but I’ve not found clear ones. Duh. I didn’t realise I could start off with gold and silver just as well. Thanks for the inspiration
Hi Sari
You can start with any colooured bauble to start with, just bare in mind that the alcohol ink is traslucent so will show the original colour through to some degree. Play with different coloured inks on different coloured baubles to see what you like.
BTW these were very cheap baubles, from a DIY store and later from the January sales earlier in the year
when the shops were getting rid of all the Chirstmas stocks
Have fun, no rules just play
