Its all a work in progress at the moment. Testing different grains to see if there is a difference in the amount of time they hold the heat. :)

Not compaired it weight for weight to be honest

I can see you starting a new business selling these heat therapy bags :) Rice is cheaper to buy than wheat at the moment but what aout the weight difference? Rice, being a denser cereal, would be heavier wouldn&#039;t it? I just wondered if the weight difference would add to your joint pain.
