That's a good idea, thanks. I will try to do that soon. Or perhaps just buy flowers from the florist to paint. So far, I have been painting only once a week during watercolour class. I know I need to draw and paint more often but have difficulty finding time of late.

Ah the humidity would pose problems :( Plan B, how about taking photos of scenes flowers you see when out and about and perhaps work from photographs instead. Hadn't realised your location :)

It's always hot and humid here in Singapore, so I need to seek for air-conditioned room : ) Unfortunately I don't have a garden as I live in an apartment. But I think I can paint my container garden some day soon - and just pretend it is outdoors!

Start small and build up. Maybe try painting in your garden, if you have one? Its still outdoors and gets you used to how to deal with how paint dries faster out doors. Good thing about painting in the garden, if it gets cold you can come back indoors for a warm up ;)

Hi

Glad you found it useful, modify it to your own needs. Sometimes you just need an expample of what someone else has done to help you work out what would work for you. Good luck with putting your own kit together. Happy painting.
