Welcome Back
Is it just me or does time move faster when a holiday is getting closer? Christmas is just round the corner and I find it really hard to keep track of the cards and gifts, what I have and haven’t bought and somewhere to make a note of something I’ve seen that I might want to get for someone.
Well, I had a play with Serif’s Craft Artist and made this;
Its A6 in size, so small enough to fit in your bag to carry around. One side you make a list of people you want to send cards too, next side is for people you want to get gifts for, then finally on the back is a list of people you want to thank
Now when you get a gift you make a note of what you bought and who it was for, REALLY handy when you get home and wonder who you bought ‘that’ for etc. Just tick items off as you give/send them and you’ll always know where you are with your holiday plans
Keep an eye on Fridays this month as I’ll be sharing some downloads to try to make your holiday planning a bit less stressful.
You can download a taster of Craft Artist from Daisy Trail and they also have some free digi kits available too. Go on treat yourself, its a great way to make creative projects on a budget.
Best wishes and thanks for reading, see you soon

Well Billie I have finally downloaded the CraftArtist, it did take well over 2 hours on my super slow connection but it is now on my computer. All I need to do now is get some kits!
I told her she must make a list. Something similar to this would be a good idea for her
Our daughter is a great one for buying presents, which she does through the year, putting them away and then discovering them a year later!!! Or forgetting that she has already bought for one person, last year I had a bumper collection of Christmas gifts

Hey Lynn
Yey on you getting craft Artist, its fantastic, you’ll love it. There’s lots of free digikits on Daisy Trail and its perfect if you only have short amounts of time to craft. Ideal to try out ideas and layouts too.
If you get stuck just ask, everyone on Daisy Trail is super nice and helpful.
This project was using Christmas Wonderland digikit; http://shop.daisytrail.com/Products/BrandDesigner/DaisyTrail/ChristmasWonderlandDigikit.htm at just £1.99 it would be rude not to get it
Have fun
Best wishes
Billie
