Just read your piece for the Tell All and ‘how true’ came to mind as I read through it. For too long I have tried to create things that others create without being happy about doing it. I know my limitations and will still try new techniques that appeal to me but I also know what I am happiest doing – taken me a while to come to that conclusion! I will not be pushed into creating things I dislike or trying to get to grips with things that I am not comfortable with.
So glad your moment of truth has hit you and you are now doing what you want to do

Learn from others, be inspired by others but stuff trying to be other people
I don’t want to be a clone of any other artist. I want to find my own style in my own time.
Still exploring different mediums at the moment, but for the first time in a LOT of years, I’m happy to be learning and exploring rather than trying to conform or do the same as everyone else.
Have fun and enjoy what you are doing, its much more peaceful to your creative soul
