Welcome Back
Today I’d like to share a picture of a Christmas card I made using Anna Griffin clear stamps. I bought the stamps from QVC last year and I love them, they are so classic and versatile.
Inks Used; Versafine Onyx Black
- Stamps Used; Anna Griffin Clear stamps Christmas set
- Card Used: Watercolour card (holly piece). Paper Mill; Hammered card
- Spellbinders Nestabilities die: Curved Rectangles
Don’t forget the inside and back of your card too. If you have one of those stamps or stickers with your address on it, it really helps if you put your details on the back of the card. Friends and family sometimes loose your details and even if they would like to send you a card, without the details on the back of the card or envelope they have no way of doing so.
Have also been playing with my brayer for the first time, after seeing Barbara Gray on C&C demonstrating step by step. Will share that picture with you very soon.
Best wishes
Billie 🙂
Lovely card Billie..what did you use to colour the holly?
How are you getting on with the brayer? I have the first 4 DVDs of Barbara Grey’s and have watched and watched her brayer work but mine never turns out well, I get too many streaks and lines 😦

HI Lynn
The holly I coloured with watercolour paint, the image is stamped on to watercolour card. I haven’t done anymore with my brayer,as the one I have is too small. Have fingers crossed Santa might bring me a Speedball one like Barbara’s if I’ve been a good enough girl 🙂
Did you seen Clarity at the weekend, Barb mentioned sometimes the lines are from going back on yourself, or picking ink up off the tape at the edges. Guess its like everything else, practice lots to see what works for you.
Trying to stay awake to write the cards today 😉
