Welcome Back
In today’s post, I’d like to share a picture of some earings I made to match my recent bracelet.
They were made from the same strand of Solid Oak brand beads. The beads are glass and bronze coloured with turquoise bi-comb beads in between. In fairness most people would have just had enough beads to make the necklace only from the single strand, unless you were spacing them out further with other beads. I just have wrists like sparrows ankles, and made the bracelet with stretch cord, so I had enough spare.

There is quite a collection and they have a PDF catalogue you can download too. It really helped having wrists like sparrows ankles as thanks to that I was able to make this stretch bracelet and a set of earings too.
Best wishes and thanks for reading see you soon

Beautiful Billie, love those bronze beads. No, no, no I mustn’t buy more beads 🙂 You would beggar me very quickly lol

These are gorgeous! Great colours.
Hi Aileen
Thanks, I am a total magpie for colours. Probably why I’m into painting and papercrafting. I could collect vast quantities of beads, but I have such limited dexterity I’m just buying an occassional strand, if I see something that I ‘need’ for a particular project. I adore the brass birds that Vintaj make. I could fill a jewellery box with those 🙂
Definately a fan of vintage and original.
Don’t get me started. I make my own jewellery, and have had to be banned from buying more beads as it’s getting a bit silly how many I have….! I love Vintaj… perhaps a small look again won’t hurt…
Ohh don’t do it, unless you are far stronger than me, just window shopping is sooo hard with them. ALL the birds they do are on my wishlist.

Only go there if you have a particular gift/project in mind and maybe use some of your stash beads with it? OR if you sell your jewellery, how about putting the money you make in a pot for buying special stash 😉
Thank goodness for digital crafting! I have horded special paper/card for years. Bought for its beauty but I can’t cut or use it. With digital papers I can at least print as many of them as I need, that and the fact that they don’t take up much physical space as they live on the puter 🙂
