Here I will go into a little more detail about this challenge I run and the ideas behind it.

The Six By Four Challenge

This was born and hosted over on The Stamping Mad Forum. Since creating the blog I decided to post the themes on here as well.

Aims

• To encourage us to use products we already have in new ways
• To encourage us to try new products or new techniques
• To share our journey, swapping tips and ideas rather than aim for a finished product

 

How it works

• Paper size is 6″ x 4″ the choice to design in portrate or landscape orientation is up to you
• Monthly theme set. Open themes to suit all abilities, tastes and crafting styles. Any style of crafting is welcome.
• For an interactive version where you can discuss your project, hop over to the forum and join.
• Sign up under the current month’s thread/post to say you wish to join in.

 

This challenge is entirely virtual, so no extra cost involved in posting your creation anywhere. It means you can go as mad as you like with the embellishments without worrying about the postage. You are still very welcome to join in with this challenge without joining anything.
